What is the hardest part?

Life is never too hard. You can't just think that you can't take it anymore. All you have to do is be patient and keep going on. The minute you think about suicide, you're letting yourself down, and that's the last thing you should be doing to yourself. A very close friend kept repeating, "Be kind to yourself" because that's the hardest part.

We all know that you can be kind to strangers, to your family, and friends, but you can't really be kind to yourself just like that. You learn to do it, you learn about it. So learn to be kind to yourself, because your kindness needs you the most.

Think about suicide and then think about all the people related to you, and then think about all the people you don't know about, get inspired by you from something, how you changed their lives in some ways, and how you're making so much of a difference by just existing. Think about every single being, how everyone really needs you, how you need yourself. And then drop the idea of ever doing it. Promise yourself in the good times that whatever happens, you won't ever hurt yourself in any way because your life is more important than anyone in this world, so taking it out on yourself is not fair at all for you, for so many people related or not related to you.

Live your life and have faith, because this too shall pass.
