In September 2015, members of the UN Sustainable Development Summit adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Goal 11 is Sustainable Cities and Communities and is about making cities and human settlements sustainable. Outline one or two of the key challenges to the success of sustainable cities and the most effective solutions. You may wish to relate the challenges and solutions to your specific subject area and/or to a specific city/cities or area of the world.    The UN Sustainable Development Summit strive on making the global cities a better place to live in. A sustainable city is one that is planned to have a resilient environment for its current population while also taking into account the quality of life for future generations. The rapid urbanization and the unplanned growth are the two key challenges to the success of sustainable cities. The term "urbanization" describes the large-scale population shift

Why do you ask so many questions?

Image
How can you know when a phase is over? The climax is here if it's excellent, someone said in response I questioned, "How would you know it's good?" How would we know when to stop, I questioned? What benefits us? or something in the middle? They lacked a response. In order to stay informed and continue learning, you should keep your inner child engaged by asking questions constantly. Making sure to learn is preferable to being timid, remaining mute, and failing to ask inquiries. Since life is moving so quickly, shouldn't your thoughts follow suit? Here's an update on my life: I've been working, exercising, and participating in modelling shoots. Is this all enough to become a good human or do we need more of everything to be appreciated and visible.

How can you be peace?

I'm sick of being a person; please turn me into a photograph or a painting. The art is what makes me melt. If you're an artist, then you've got me. Make me into something spectacular so that people may observe, adore, and applaud me from a distance while still allowing me to be who I am. She questioned how I managed to be calm amidst all the smoke, and I replied, "Looking at you gives me peace." It was a love I had never experienced before. It calmed everything around me. It was frenetic before I met her, but afterward, she had the ability to calm me down and put me to sleep, even in a noisy setting, because she was the peace I constantly needed. I was still baffled as to how that vibrant space with its lone white wall could disturb such a lovely mind. It wasn't a spiritual creature; rather, It was merely a room with walls, windows, and chairs. The mystery remains..

What is a goal?

Image
A personal goal is the expectations or limits of growth we have set for ourselves. Our mind knows how much we can achieve and what power we possess. My personal goal is satisfaction. Whatever I do in life, I want to be satisfied with it; I want to be joyful about it. If my younger self, who decided to be an engineer, looked at me right now, she would be proud that I made it this far. I became an engineer and I am satisfied. This goal may come out as an abstract goal that I can only feel, but it requires a lot of mental capacity to achieve it. My career goal completely changed after graduation. I wanted to study quantum physics but ended up being in the Artificial Intelligence field, where computers help in everyday life. The algorithms have proven to be heavenly for so many humans around us. Hence, now my work goal is to establish an esteemed name in my field as a skilled professional and help millions across the world. Our flow keeps our goals aligned, and whenever we go off track, w

What was in that room?

I called her after seeing her missed call. She didn't answer the call. I didn't think about any negative imaginations. Days passed and she didn't respond back. I got curious about her life. Was she thinking about me? We have not talked since we left for the new beginnings in our lives, and it was necessary for us to stop looking at each other and, of course, talking, to keep things calm. She is a crazy girl and God knows what she would do if she was alone in this world with no one to take care of her. She doesn't care about anything, but at the same time she cares about everything. She makes everything confusing, yet her eyes make her the easiest to understand. It's not a love story; rather, the story of two strangers who don't cross paths until the closure of a new story. They knew each other, but they didn't know each other. Whenever she went to that room, she would freeze to death by feeling the empty room and that white wall in the middle. She would ge

How to Calm Yourself Down?

Hand Massage: Simply stated, a hand massage helps you relax. Take the thumb of one hand and softly, slowly massage the other hand if you're watching someone fight or if you're at a tense presentation or conference. No one will notice, and your anxieties will soon start to settle down. Write it Down: Even if you only have a few minutes, journaling might be helpful. Keeping a journal appears to assist relatives of critically ill loved ones experience less psychological suffering. You can express your feelings on paper by writing about the things that are stressing you out. Drink Water: Dehydration can leave you feeling weary and lightheaded in addition to thirsty.  So, if you're feeling overburdened, consider drinking some water. Even better: If you have the time, brewing a stress-relieving cup of tea can provide you the much-needed break to walk away from what is stressing you out.

All I ever wanted was a good day with no fights.  Humans addicted to live in darkness rarely learn what to do to remain in the light. It's difficult to exist at some point. I texted him an hour before meeting time that I cant make it, we planned it a week before to prevent any mishaps.  He yelled at me over the phone, "I'm coming to your house!" I thought he was either coming to give me the things he bought to make my day better or to slap me. So I stopped him because he might cause a chaos and I might not be able to handle it. I insisted on meeting somewhere else. I was sure he'd slap me there. I went to the park and waited for him. When he arrived, he asked me to sit, in front of him. I was scared. The second he moved towards me, I got up and maintained a good distance. I looked behind and I saw him sitting down there on the bench I got up from. His intention was to sit beside me, but just because it has happened to me before, my mind assumed that he would do it
